We have teamed up with Fedex who are our"partners in customer commitment".
All of our jewellery is custom made by our world class goldsmiths as per the strickest standards of the Dubai Goverment and certified by SGL; therefore please allow max up to 7 working days for the jewellery to be dispatched after receiving cleared payments for delivery within UAE & max 15 working days for Delivery outside the UAE. Please allow additional time if international delivery as it is subject to customs processing.
Products are shippped post receipt of full amount against the order.For your protection, merchandise orders per transaction over AED 10,000 / USD 2725 cannot be shipped back for refund or exchange.
Prior to delivery to the recipient, the shipment may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges of the destination country. In which the customer should bear the cost of any customs fees or duties.
All goods will be fully insured by The JewelleryStore until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION, ALL ORDERS REQUIRE SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, REGARDLESS OF ANY SIGNATURE WAIVER ON FILE.
For your protection, merchandise orders over AED. 10,000/ USD 2725 cannot be shipped to an address other than the billing address associated with your method of payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from thejewelelrystore containing your Fedex, tracking number and a link to the website's order-tracking page. You can also check the status of your order once it has been shipped by visiting FEDEX web site and following the instructions using your tracking number. Your tracking number can be found in the e-mail confirming shipment of your order or within the Order Status page on thejewelelrystore.com.
All shipments are traceable.
Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.
Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.
Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?
We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 7-day money back policy.Please refer our Excahnge policy for more details
How do i return the product to thejewelelrystore within 7 days?
1) If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call our customer service center immediately at +971 55-177-9185 or +971 4 267 5353 or email us at email@example.com for assistance.
3) Preserve original packing and the item in its sealed form with all accessories, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, papers and original Invoice. Securely pack the unused item back.
4) Once your package is ready, just call our customer service team and we will arrange to pick it up at your doorstep.
5) Check the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip: contact us
6) Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center as mentioned above.
7) You can expect a refund within 30 working days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited through wire transfer.
Now let's say you received a damaged item, an item you didn't order or the wrong item, we'll
a.first we apologize profusely and then
b. exchange it free of charge, or refund the full cost of the merchandise. Again, not that we don't trust you, but we'll need to inspect the item upon receipt. If it is indeed an error or a defective product, your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly. Please refer our Refund & Exchange policy for more details.
All thejewelelrystore jewellery comes with an SGL©, Certificate which must be returned with the certificate. If the certificate is not returned, your refund will be reduced by the amount of the replacement cost (usually around AED. 300 / USD 82, sometimes more). If you don't have the certificate, let us know that when you call so we can quote you the exact price for the replacement.
